Blanche has an air of elegance dressed in her white brocade outfit accented with black and white harlequin trim for her sleeves, center front piece and the ruffles on her pants. Her top is finished off with a solid black satin ruffle on the hem of her top and decorated with two black gold edged buttons. Blanche wears a cone-shaped hat finished off with 3 black pompoms at a jaunty angle covering her abundant curls of red yarn. The black with white polka-dot clown shoes have gold bows with black pompons. In one hand Blanche has a bundle of black and silver balloons and her laced trimmed umbrella in the other.
